Muscle Engine Gym is used by gym operators to manage memberships, access, bookings, communications, and client service. Your gym may also have its own privacy terms.
Information We Collect
Depending on how your gym uses the system, we may process:
- Profile details such as name, phone number, date of birth, and profile photo.
- Membership and subscription details, including status, expiry dates, freezes, points, and balances.
- Booking, attendance, gate access, and check-in activity.
- Payment-related records such as unpaid balances, invoices, and order status. We do not store full card numbers in the mobile app.
- Push notification tokens and device information needed to deliver app notifications.
- Support, message, and communication preferences where applicable.
- Technical logs used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

- Show memberships, bookings, attendance, points, and account information.

Sharing And Access
Your information may be available to the gym operator that manages your membership and authorized staff acting on that operator's behalf. We may also use service providers for hosting, notifications, communication delivery, analytics, security, and support.
We do not sell personal information.

The app may use push notifications for account, booking, membership, payment, and service messages. You can manage push notification permissions from your device settings. Your gym may also contact you through supported communication channels based on its operational needs and your preferences where available.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, support gym operations, and protect the platform. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and the gym operator's policies.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, tenant separation, monitoring, and secure operational practices.
Your Choices And Requests
You may contact your gym to review or update account information. For privacy requests related to access, correction, or deletion, contact the gym operator or contact us using the details below. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Children
The app is intended for gym clients and is not directed to children without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or gym operator where required by law.
