Request Account Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Muscle Engine Gym client app account access and eligible app-related personal data.

Gym membership, invoice, payment, attendance, and access records may be controlled by your gym operator and may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, dispute, or operational reasons.

How To Request Deletion

Send an email to:
info.muscleengine@gmail.com

Please include:

Your full name.
The phone number used to log in to the client app.
Your gym name and branch, if known.
A short note saying you want to delete your client app account or remove app access.

What Happens Next

We may ask for information to verify your identity and match your client profile.
We will revoke eligible client app sessions, device tokens, and app access records.
We will delete or anonymize eligible app-related personal data where possible.
We will tell you if some records must be retained by Muscle Engine Gym or your gym operator.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or gym operational requirements. This may include membership history, invoices, payments, attendance, gate access logs, and records required by the gym operator.

Response Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to verify and process the request.
